My sincerest apologies for not being able to service the spa any sooner. As I mentioned to you on Friday, we are two weeks out with our service schedule as I have one service technician on leave and another left this week for vacation. I just got back in the office after unloading and putting away 14 spas and 37 covers by myself, so I'm sorry I had not had a chance to call you and let you know when I plan on scheduling the service. I am working in the field all week to pick up the slack, and have you scheduled for service tomorrow afternoon. I will call you in the morning with a more firm time. I greatly appreciate your patience while we do our best to accommodate all of our valued customers.
